How We Deliver Care
In-Person Visits in Wicker Park
Our Chicago clinic is located in Wicker Park at 1564 North Damen Avenue, within a massage therapy studio. The space is intentionally unconventional - warm, relaxed, and inviting rather than clinical. It feels more like your best friend's living room than a typical medical office, which creates the perfect atmosphere for the kind of deep, unhurried conversations that are central to our care.
In-person visits are ideal for annual exams, concerns involving bleeding or pelvic pain, STI testing, testosterone therapy initiation, or when you simply prefer face-to-face care.
Please note: Our clinic is on the second floor without elevator access.
Telehealth Throughout Illinois
Many of our patients find telehealth to be ideal for fitting care into busy schedules - no travel time, no parking hassles, just a private conversation from wherever you're most comfortable. Whether that's your own living room, bedroom, office, or even your parked car, we're able to have the same in-depth, unhurried conversations as we would in person. You're just in your space instead of ours.
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video visits are available for most concerns including hormone therapy management, symptom consultations, and follow-up care.
Please note: You must be physically located in Illinois at the time of your appointment.
What to Expect: Initial & Ongoing Care
New Patients: One-hour appointments to thoroughly understand your symptoms, health history, and goals.
First Follow-Up: Typically 6-8 weeks after starting treatment to assess your response and adjust as needed. These visits are 30-60 minutes.
Ongoing Care: Once you're stable on a treatment plan, follow-ups space out to every 3-12 months based on your needs. We provide prescriptions with refills so you're covered between visits. Your schedule is personalized - some patients need more frequent check-ins, others do well with annual visits.
Most new patients can be seen within days to 1-2 weeks. We accept BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and offer self-pay options.
